Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has been a strength coach for eight years working with athletes in a variety of sports from the high school, collegiate (Division 1) to professional level of competition. Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.

Jordan Helms Kansas University Rower Jordan Helms

Trainer – Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2017. She has worked with athletes in a variety of sports from the high school, and collegiate. Additionally, Jordan is a Division 1 rower for the University of Kansas.

Trainer – Hanna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and her Minor in Psychology in 2016. Additionally, Hanna was a Division 1 soccer player for the University of Kansas.

chiropractor lawrence kansas Britton J. Horton, DC

Chiropractic Physician –

After graduating from Chiropractic College, Dr. Horton practiced in Kansas City for two and a half years before coming to Lawrence. He treats people from all walks of life, but has worked mainly with an active population of patients (professional and recreational athletes, runners, cyclists, CrossFit members, etc.).

Dr. Horton has extended his education beyond chiropractic adjustments to include sports rehabilitation, Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston/FAKTR, Functional Dry Needling, Therapeutic Taping with Rock Tape/K-tape, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
