For almost every sport how strong an athlete is will dictate how they perform on all other athletic abilities. Improving an athlete’s strength will increase the neural coordination of the muscle groups responsible for any given movement. Want to get faster? Get stronger. Want to jump higher and/or further? Get stronger. Want to get bigger or leaner? Get stronger. Want become more powerful? Get stronger. Want to improve your 5k time? Get stronger. Getting an athlete stronger teaches the nervous system how to activate more motor units (i.e. muscle fibers). The nervous system then learns how to engage those motor units more efficiently as an athlete’s training program progresses as the competitive season gets closer and their training becomes more sport specific.
We integrate strength & conditioning training, nutrition & supplement coaching, and soft tissue therapy to optimize athletic performance in the shortest time possible.
We are the only training facility in the area to provide these services in one place and our approach is simple – to get results.
