Do you only work with athletes?

Unlike most personal trainers and coaches who will take on any client, no matter how wavering their commitment, we are very particular about who we work with. We do have certain expectations from our clients:

  • Make the time to train with us at least two times a week.
  • Give 100% effort at each session.
  • Make changes to your diet (no amount of exercise makes up for a bad diet).

This is what we expect of our clients and if these things sound too challenging, we’re sorry but perhaps we’re not the right fit for you.
