Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has been a strength coach for eight years working with athletes in a variety of sports from the high school, collegiate (Division 1) to professional level of competition. Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.

Hanna Kallmaier, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas in 2016 where she also earned her minor in psychology. Additionally, Hanna played Division 1 soccer for KU.
