Chris Dellasega, MS/CSCS
Owner & Performance Director

Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has studied human performance for twenty years. He currently serves as a strength coach for USA Cycling‘s Men’s Track program.
He currently works with World Record holder in the Individual Pursuit Ashton Lambie. He has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, PGA, and a number of collegiate (Division 1 and 2), amateur, and high school athletes.
Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.

Sam Schroeder
Coach and Trainer

Sam is a senior at the University of Kansas and is a fullback for the Jayhawks football team. He will graduate in December 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Sam’s background in strength training in high school while competing in football and wrestling. After a high school career as an all-state running back and wrestler, he joined the KU football team in 2017.
Sam found his passion for strength and condition while participating in the strength training programs with the KU football team. He has been training athletes since beginning at ASI in 2019.

Johnny Huynh, NASM
Coach and Trainer

Johnny’s background in training began at a young age. Playing in sports ranging from soccer, track and field, competitive marching band, up to collegiate level tennis, he is not new to an active lifestyle.
He has found his niche in working with dedicated individuals to help them find their potential, and work for that extra 1% needed to reach the best version of yourself.
Johnny has been training clients & athletes ranging from 15-70 since 2015. His specialties include, but are not limited to:
