Chris Dellasega, MS/CSCS
Owner & Performance Director

Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has studied human performance for twenty years. He currently serves as a strength coach for USA Cycling‘s Men’s Track program.
He currently works with World Record holder in the Individual Pursuit Ashton Lambie. He has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, PGA, and a number of collegiate (Division 1 and 2), amateur, and high school athletes.
Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.

Angela Finch, BS/CSCS
Coach and Trainer

Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas in 2012.
Angela’s background in training started at a young age when she first entered organized sports. She played nearly every sport, ranging from basketball, gymnastics, and sailing, but her focus was on track and field and cross country, which she competed competitively in for over ten years.
Angela was introduced to the weight room at age 13 when she began supplementing her running with resistance training, while also competing in powerlifting in the off-season.
Angela has been training athletes/clients, ranging the ages of 12-85 since 2012. Her specialties include, but are not limited to: sport specific training, speed training, and general population progressions.
