Chris Dellasega, MS/CSCS

Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has studied human performance for twenty years. He currently serves as a strength coach for USA Cycling‘s Men’s Track program.
He currently works with World Record holder in the Individual Pursuit Ashton Lambie. He has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, PGA, and a number of collegiate (Division 1 and 2), amateur, and high school athletes.
Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.

Angela Finch, BS/CSCS
Coach and Trainer

Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas in 2012.
Angela’s background in training started at a young age when she first entered organized sports. She played nearly every sport, ranging from basketball, gymnastics, and sailing, but her focus was on track and field and cross country, which she competed competitively in for over ten years.
Angela was introduced to the weight room at age 13 when she began supplementing her running with resistance training, while also competing in powerlifting in the off-season.
Angela has been training athletes/clients, ranging the ages of 12-85 since 2012. Her specialties include, but are not limited to: sport specific training, speed training, and general population progressions.

Thomas Angel, ISSA
Coach and Trainer

Thomas is a ten-year Army veteran with multiple deployments to the Middle East and Southwest Asia. He is currently working towards his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Kansas focusing in Pre-Med Behavioral, Social and Sports Psychology and Italian.
Thomas’ background in training and athletics started at a young age playing travel basketball for his AAU team. Thomas also has a background participating in football, baseball, basketball, cross-country, track, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and wrestling.
He was a certified Level III Combatives Instructor for the Army and a Master Fitness Trainer.
Thomas has been training athletes, clients and soldiers, ranging the ages of 12-65 since 2008. His specialties include, but are not limited to:

Johnny Huynh, NASM
Coach and Trainer

Johnny’s background in training began at a young age. Playing in sports ranging from soccer, track and field, competitive marching band, up to collegiate level tennis, he is not new to an active lifestyle.
He has found his niche in working with dedicated individuals to help them find their potential, and work for that extra 1% needed to reach the best version of yourself.
Johnny has been training clients & athletes ranging from 15-70 since 2015. His specialties include, but are not limited to:
