Chris Dellasega, earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and has been a strength coach for eight years.

He has worked with professional athletes from USA Cycling (including world record holder Ashton Lambie), the NFL, and PGA and a number of collegiate (Division 1 and 2), amateur, and high school athletes.

Additionally, Chris is a former rugby player and competitive bodybuilder.
