We have worked with professional athletes from the NFL and the PGA; Division 1 & 2 collegiate athletes from baseball, track & field, basketball, and football; high school athletes from football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and swimming; amateur bodybuilders, mixed martial artists, firefighters, and triathletes.
We assess each individual through a battery of physical assessments to identify their weaknesses, flexibility limitations, and faulty movement patterns. These imbalances limit performance and frequently lead to injury. We use the results of these assessments to develop a comprehensive and individualized training program.
Carrying too much body fat can limit performance while also placing unnecessary stress on the joints of the body (especially, the lower back, knees, and ankles).
